How we do it?

1 - We Purchase

In accordance with your instructions, we provide financing through our investors and locate and purchase the property you have selected in your chosen location. Our goal is to find and acquire the property for you within 12 months.

3 - You Pay

You pay us in monthly rent that will work as instalments (no need for a mortgage) to make it easier on your pocket.

Each monthly payment contributes to the property purchase price.

Every 3 years will buy you 10% of your home.

2 - We Renovate

We carry out renovations and modernizations of your property to achieve the standard you expect.
Just before the start of the renovation, you can instruct our engineers or architect about specific, additional changes. If these changes fall within the allocated budget, they will be carried out at no extra cost.

4 - You Own

Practically speaking, you own your home from day one!

After moving in (after approximately 12-month process), the property is essentially yours – you simply pay us a monthly rent until the full purchase price is paid off.
